Preferred quallifications:

• The ability to work in emergency situations and communicate effectively during times of high stress.
• Superior customer service skills along with excellent multi-tasking and problem solving skills.
• Must be able to think quickly and accurately.
• The applicant should have basic computer skills, and able to type 30 WPM.
• Previous medical certifications or experience helpful.
• Radio experience helpful, but not required.
