Position Description

 

EMS is looking for enthusiastic people to join our customer service team.  We need team members who are energetic, motivated and looking for an opportunity to learn and grow.  If you are a goal-oriented person with customer service experience and are interested in an opportunity to use your customer service, sales and technical skills; please apply today. 
Summary: Receive and respond to customer calls and e-mails in a timely and productive manner.  Handle call escalations to resolve customer issues and/or client inquires regarding services, products and customer complaints. Act as liaison between EMS and client to communicate account procedures and manage priorities. 
 
Qualifications:
  • Excellent Customer Service skills; friendly and helpful 
  • Experience with the Internet, technology, and personal computers
  • Clear and distinct voice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous call center experience a plus 
  • Enjoys troubleshooting and solving problems
  • Quick learner and able to retain knowledge
  • Sales experience is a plus
